This Privacy Policy explains what information Streamline Systems, a sole proprietorship owned by Elion Salihu ("we," "us," "our"), collects through SiteWatch Alerts (the "Service"), how we use it, and what choices you have.
Account information: your email address, a hashed version of your password (we never store your actual password), and business name.
Phone number and SMS consent: if you choose to verify a phone number with us, we collect that number, the timestamp you gave consent to receive text messages, and whether you've since opted out by replying STOP. Adding a phone number is entirely optional and is only collected if you choose to provide one.
Website monitoring data: the website URL(s) you ask us to monitor, and results from checks we run against them (status codes, response times, certificate expiry dates, and similar technical data about your site). We do not access anything behind a login on your website — checks are limited to what's publicly reachable.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number ourselves.
Communications: if you email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and keep a record of the interaction.
Technical/usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you use the Service, primarily for security and troubleshooting.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We rely on a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service:
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
If you choose to verify a phone number, you can opt in to receive text messages from SiteWatch Alerts (Streamline Systems), sent from (224) 268-0063: two-factor login verification codes if you turn on text-message login verification, and/or website alert notifications if you turn on text alerts for a site, depending on which of those you enable in your account. Opting in requires entering your phone number and affirmatively checking a consent box describing these message types — we never add a number or enroll you in text messaging without that explicit step.
Message frequency varies depending on your account activity and which message types you've enabled. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us; reply HELP to any message for assistance.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent specifically will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide the messaging service itself (our SMS delivery provider, Twilio).
We retain your account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. If your account is terminated (by you or by us), we will delete your personal account data within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain certain records (such as billing history) for legal or accounting purposes.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at elion@streamlinesys.net.
You can access and update your account information by logging into your dashboard. You can unsubscribe from any marketing or outreach email using the unsubscribe link included in that email — this is honored immediately and permanently for that address. Transactional emails related to an active account (such as security alerts you've signed up to receive) are separate from marketing email and continue while your subscription is active. Text messages can be stopped at any time as described in Section 4 above.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in after you sign in. This cookie is necessary for the Service to function and doesn't track you across other websites. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including encrypting passwords, restricting administrative access, and using encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Service. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security of your information.
The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you, such as by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
